What is Your Returns Policy ?

 

In the event you are not satisfied with your item or it is not to your taste you can simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Return the item(s) in a saleable condition, complete with all attached tags, and original packaging. For hygiene  reasons we are unable to accept underwear  that has been worn unless they have been kept in their original packaging or are not fit for purpose. Please use a recorded delivery service when sending items back to us as we are not liable for goods lost in the post goods are your responsibility till they reach us.

 

Is there a 7 day cooling off period ? 

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.

 

How do I return Items ?

 

To return an Item please use the contact us page to inform us. We will then give you a RAN ( Returns Authorisation Number ) and add a note on your account. The Item(s) will then need to be sent to us. Please use a recorded delivery service when sending items back to us as we are not liable for goods lost in the post goods are your responsibility till they reach us.

How do I know you have received my returned goods ?

 

When we have received your good and process your returns you will receive an email from us. 

 

Who Pays for the cost of Returns ?

 

Items that you wish to return will be at your cost unless found to be faulty or unfit for purpose where we would pay for the cost of returns.

 

I have received the wrong or faulty item what now ?

 

In the event that you receive an item which is wrong or faulty please use the contact us page to get in touch with us. We will then advise you how to send the item back to us. If an item is faulty we either exchange the item or give you a refund.
